Israel Ministry of Finance Unit (Lehava) Hacked By Hitcher To Protest Against Mr.Badoo's Arrest By FBI

The official website of Governament of Israel's Ministry of Finance Unit (Lehava) get hacked. According to sources a Well-known Pakistani hacker code named Hitcher from a hacker collective group Pak Cyber Force (PCF) was behind this attack. Though the hacker did not change the index page but he managed to gain access on the Lehava's web-server and uploaded his page which is clearly showing the reason of this hack. The hacker has also created a deface mirror on Zone-Hack. We also like to give you reminder that earlier in this year Hitcher also hacked Amitec- one of the top IT innovative company of Israel.

Arabian Hackers Breached Israeli Data Center 'WebGate' & Stolen Thousands of Credit Card Information


Israel again faced cyber-attack, this time  a hacker group calling themselves "Remember Emad", apparently from an Arab country or countries, claimed on Wednesday that it had breached the Israeli WebGate company's server and gleaned information stored in its Web pages. This is not the very first time, few months ago another hacker group named Group-XP, from Saudi Arabia has stolen more than 400K Israeli Credit Cards. Hackers wrote on the page: "WebGate is considered the 10th biggest Israeli data center. It hosts more than 6,000 Israeli domains and subdomains. Today we are going to publish the first part of its data. We have terabytes of data from WebGate, but uploading the whole chunk of data on our servers will take time, so we decided to publish them gradually." The data published on Wednesday included an alleged list of a thousand user names, passwords and email addresses of Israel Broadcasting Authority forum members. A list of credit card numbers belonging to Israelis was also released, although some of the cards were known to have expired. The hackers also claimed to have breached the page of the Presidential Conference, sponsored by President Shimon Peres, and revealed personal details about the WebGate administrator. A statement by the Bank of Israel on Wednesday said the bank was not aware of any theft of credit card details by any hacker using a name attributed to Mughniyeh. Senior bank officials called the claimed massive thefts "nonsense," 
A spokesman for Isracard said: "A file containing 1,500 data entries was published, 49 of which were identified as valid information of credit cards belonging to Isracard clients. The cards were immediately blocked and a message will be sent to the owners of the cards on Thursday."

Anonymous & RedHack Breached Israeli Intelligence Agency 'Mossad' Claimed to Have Personal Data of 35K Officials (#OpIsrael)

A week ago infamous hacker collective group Anonymous called for Operation Israel (#OpIsrael) second phase, where they vows to engage massive cyber attack against Israeli cyberspace in order to interrupt all the necessary service, which the hacker called a complete outage. The main phase of attack was planned at 7th April, but now it looks that those hacker collectives changed their strategy, or may be they can't wait till April, and as result anti-Israel hacking collective affiliated with Anonymous managed to breach several Israeli government servers, causing a big data leak of more than 35,000 Israeli government officials, including politicians, military leaders, and police officers. The hack was done under the banner of #OpIsrael, and from the twitter feed of Anonymous, the hacker group took responsibility of the cyber attack. A comprehensive spreadsheet purporting to include the information of all 35,000 Israeli officials was published by the website Cryptome, though it did not independently verify the information. The coalition of hackers appears to have ties to the Iranian government, Pakistan, Syria, Egypt, and the terror group Hezbollah, according to a report published by Cryptome. 
In our last report on this story we covered that, the attack will be organized as Anon ask other hackers and other underground communities to join the campaign. As expected, it happens; RedHack, a Turkey-based Marxist hacker group responded to Anonymous and they claimed to breach Israeli intelligence agency known as 'Mossad.' RedHack claimed to gain access inside Mossad's server; which lead them release personal information including phone numbers, emails and addresses of Mossad officials. "Yes, we realize we are sailing in dangerous water but we like swimming,” said hackers of RedHack. From a report of RT we came to know that not only data breach but also hackers performed massive denial of service attack against Mossad. In spite of RedHack’s claims, some argue that the names and information do not belong to Mossad officers or informants. 
“Whatever they stole, it probably wasn’t secure details of top Israeli brass, either from the army or the Mossad,” internet researcher Dr. Tal Pavel told the media. “There is no doubt that they got some identification information about Israelis, but the claims that they hacked the Mossad site and got a list of Mossad agents is most likely psychological warfare, and not a hack into an important database,” Pavel added. 
Whether those leaks are not that classified, whether those data does not belongs to Mossad, but one thing is clear and that is in-spite of having precaution, Israel government yet again failed to protect themselves from massive attack which caused a massacre. And from this story it is also predictable that hackers around the globe came under one shade or one unity, in order to target Israel over Gaza issue. Israel Ministry of Justice & it Sub-domains Hit By Godziila Volcanimum

After Anonymous & Hitcher it was the turn for Indian hackers. A young hacker code named "Godziila Volcanimum" joined the hack activity or in other word the Israeli rampage. During the attack he targeted several Israeli government websites including Israel Ministry of Justice and its ten to twelve sub-domains. According to the sources all those targeted websites were frozen by the hacker while sending massive traffic to generate load and interrupt the services. The attack was took place in the Friday evening and the hacker managed to violate the services for several hours. Several sources and medias confirmed that the official website of Israeli ministry of justice was remain down for more than a day. The list of all those targeted Ministry of Justice domain, which fallen victim to this round of cyber attack, can be found on a pastebin note; released by the hacker. In his press release Godziila Volcanimum said "Is killing innocent people a Justice?? Stop killing small kids and women's.. Don't cross your limit.. ./Peace is just what we want..." which clearly indicating that the motive of this cyber attack was driven by the cause of Gaza and to to show support for Palestine, which is currently under heavy fire. 

Update:- Now the server of Israeli Ministry of Justice has overcome the cyber attack. All those targeted websites have been restored and came back online, as expected they are functioning properly. So far the Israeli ministry have confirmed that more than 44 million hacking attempts have been made on Israeli government web sites since Wednesday when Israel began its Gaza air strikes.

Iran Accused For Engaging Cyber Attacks Against Persian Gulf Oil & Gas Companies in U.S. (Full Story)

The conflict and tussle between Iran and United States continues, as U.S. authorities believe that Iranian-based hackers were responsible for cyberattacks that devastated Persian Gulf oil and gas companies. Just hours later the attack was discovered, Defense Secretary Leon Panetta said the cyberthreat from Iran has grown, and he declared that the Pentagon is prepared to take action if American is threatened by a computer-based assault.
The former government official, who is familiar with the investigation, said U.S. authorities believe the cyberattacks were likely supported by the Tehran government and came in retaliation for the latest round of American sanctions against Iran. Before Panetta's remarks on Thursday, U.S. officials had said nothing publicly about the Gulf attacks or the investigation. But Panetta described them in a speech to business leaders in New York City, saying they were probably the most destructive cyber assault the private sector has seen to date. A current U.S. official acknowledged Thursday that the Obama administration knows who launched the cyberattacks against the Gulf companies and that it was a state actor. U.S. agencies have been assisting in the Gulf investigation and concluded that the level of resources needed to conduct the attack showed there was some degree of involvement by a nation state, said the former official. The officials spoke on condition of anonymity because the investigation is classified as secret. While Panetta chose his words carefully, one cybersecurity expert said the Pentagon chief's message to Iran in the speech was evident.  
It was all about what U.S. Authorities are claiming or in other word blaming, but like earlier; this time also Iran completely denies the whole matter, besides they blamed Israel & America for engaging cyber attacks on Iran's Nuclear System. Iranian officials denied any role in recent cyberattacks against oil and gas companies in the Persian Gulf and said they welcomed a probe of the case.  Mahdi Akhavan Bahabadi, secretary of the National Center of Cyberspace, denounced as "politically motivated" American allegations of an Iranian link to the Shamoon virus that hit Saudi Arabian state oil company Aramco and Qatari natural gas producer RasGas, according to remarks carried by ISNA. "We interpret the issue politically and in light of U.S. domestic issues as well as the (U.S. presidential) election," he said. The Iranian official said Tehran has already offered help to boost the companies' cybersecurity, asIran has itself recently been the victim of cyberattacks on its offshore oil platforms. Iran periodically reports the discovery of viruses and other malicious programs in government, nuclear, oil and industrial networks. On Monday, Tehran said it had successfully blocked a cyberattack on the computer network of its offshore drilling platforms. It briefly shut down part of its oil facilities because of a cyberattack in May. Iran blames Israel and the United States for the attacks. Israel has done little to deflect suspicion it uses viruses against Iran.
While talking about the cyber attacks on  Persian Gulf oil and other gas companies, we like to remind you that couple of weeks ago U.S. Authorities also blamed Iran for engaging cyber attacks on U.S. leading banking and financial sector. There also Iran official denies the attack and said "We officially announce that we haven't had any attacks,". So far its not clear whether these two attacks are linked or not. The latest target of Operation Anonymous, which following the dissolution of LulzSec is the last substantial non-amorphous hacker collective left out there, could lead to some substantial geopolitical fallout. That is because the target of the just announced upcoming DDOS attack is none other than the Israeli Parliament, the Knesset, and while Israel has allegedly been happy to dispense hack attacks in the past, the onslaught on the Iranian nuclear power plant courtesy of the Stuxnet virus coming to mind, we doubt it will as happy to be seen on the receiving end of decentralized computer warfare. Either way, with the world focusing on Greece tomorrow, this development, and specifically what form of retaliation Israel adopts, will be yet another important factor to keep track of over the next 24 hours.

Few days ago Group-XP, A hacker group from Saudi Arabia has stolen more than 400K Israeli Credit Cards. 0xOmar a hacker from Group-XP told "We decided to give the world a new year gift". Now Govt. is taking it very seriously. Israel has said that it will respond to cyber-attacks the same way it responds to violent terrorist acts. A hacker named OxOmar has claimed responsibility for the hack and information leak. The man claims to be from Saudi Arabia, but reports suggest that OxOmar (Omar Habib) may be a 19-year-old living in Mexico. Credit card companies say at least 6,000 valid cards have been exposed.

Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon told Such cyber-attacks are "a breach of sovereignty comparable to a terrorist operation, and must be treated as such. Israel has active capabilities for striking at those who are trying to harm it, and no agency or hacker will be immune from retaliatory action,".
 “The US has announced that any attack on its cybernetic space would be considered a declaration of war, and that it would go as far as firing missiles to respond to such an attack. This is a good criterion for us all,” the deputy FM added later.

“If a stupid student thinks he can find me (within) 8 hours of work, what will Mossad do? But I'm still here and no one can find me, make sure, no worries,” said 0xOmar of Group-XP.

CyberWar - 100,000 Facebook Login Details Stolen By Hannibal (Israeli Hacker)

Again facebook users became the target of hackers. A hacker named Hannibal who claims to act in defense of Israel has released 100,000 credentials of allegedly Arab users of Facebook in an ongoing cyber war between Israeli and Arab hackers. The hacker posted the credentials in four parts on Pastebin on Saturday as well as making the details available on 14 file-sharing sites. Later it was removed for violation. Few days ago we have covered that hackers from Saudi Arabia named Group-XP has hacked more than 400K Israeli credit cards and they have openly posted on a pastebin release names, passwords, addresses, phone numbers and government ID numbers and so on. So this attack is the payback of Group-XP's attack. In a note introducing the data, the hacker claimed to have 30 million email account details, 10 million bank accounts and four million credit card accounts belonging to "Arabs from all over the world." Hannibal vowed to come to Israel's defense if needed: "If they appear again, I again come to save Israel. Trust me. I'll always be around." Since 13 January, Hannibal has released several batches of email and Facebook log-in details. Facebook officials said last week of one of the releases that less than a third of the credentials were valid, and half were not associated with Facebook accounts.
Earlier such attacks taken place when Cru3l Int3ntion (Nepalese Hackers) has hacked more than 6K FB login details, also another group named TeamSwaStika has hijacked more than 10 thousand Facebook accounts. Later FB authority denies that attack. Not only this but also newly discovered Ramnit Worm has stolen the login information for over 45,000 Facebook accounts. Few months ago it was found in the infographic blog post of Facebook where they said that nearly 600,000 facebook log-ins per are being compromised per day.

Anonymous Threaten Cyber Attack Against Israel

Anonymous is threatening a cyber-attack on the Israeli government’s computers in response to its interception of a Gaza-bound flotilla on Friday. In a video that was uploaded to YouTube, the groups warns that if the siege on Gaza is maintained, it will have no choice but to go on the attack. 
On Sunday, the websites of the IDF, Mossad and the Shin Bet security services were down.
In the video, the group accused the Israeli government of breaching international law and of piracy, because IDF naval commandos boarded the boats 35 nautical miles from the coast, in international waters. “We do not tolerate this kind of repeated offensive behavior against unarmed civilians,” the group said in the video message. “We along with 127 countries recognize Palestine as a state for the people of Palestine and such acts by you and your military are acts of war against a sovereign nation,” Anon added. Anonymous said that if the siege continues and Israeli forces intercept additional flotillas, or if they conduct additional operations such as the commandeering of the Mavi Marmara, it will have no alternative but to launch repeated cyber-attacks on Israeli computer systems until the siege ends.

They were not inside Israeli territories, and are not carrying any weapons. These boats were captured by your navy exactly at 15:59 Gaza Time; the vessels were about 35 NM outside Gaza, which is INTERNATIONAL WATERS at the time of capture. This is a clear sign of piracy on the high seas. Furthermore, UN resolution 3005 states, that all resources (so also the sea) and natural wealth falls under the control of residents of Gaza. 
Your actions are illegal, against democracy, human rights, international, and maritime laws. Justifying war, murder, illegal interception, and pirate-like activities under an illegal cover of defense will not go unnoticed by us or the people of the world.
We do not tolerate this kind of repeated offensive behavior against unarmed civilians. We along with 127 countries recognize Palestine as a state for people of Palestine and such acts by you and your military are acts of war against another sovereign nation.
If you continue blocking humanitarian vessels to Gaza or repeat the dreadful actions of May 31st, 2010 against any Gaza Freedom Flotillas then you will leave us no choice but to strike back. Again and again, until you stop.

Iran Preparing Stronger Cyber Defense 

While looking at the rise of cyber crime not only US and UK also Iran is preparing a strong cyber defense. According to the Iran's Press TV report - During the recent years cyber security has been high on the agenda in Iran. Tehran says that the reason for its special attention towards the issue is due to the growing number of attacks on Iran’s cyber space by US and Israel. That’s why the first national conference on cyber security kicked off in Iran’s interior ministry. The event which hosted high ranking executive and defense officials and experts, aimed at discussing ways to further strengthen the Iranian cyber space against any attacks.
Less than four months ago Iran launched a cyber defense headquarters with the help of its defense and communications ministries. The office categorizes Iran’s national assets to three parts including physical, human and cyber assets. The headquarters says that its responsibility is to protect the three categories with special emphasis on the country’s cyber assets.
Experts say that lack of enough security in a country’s cyber space is like sleeping in a house without locking the door. In 2009 some of Iran’s Uranium enrichment facilities were targeted by a computer worm called Stuxnet. Blaming the US and Israel, Iran managed to neutralize the cyber attack. In 2011 Iran’s nuclear program comes under another cyber threat with ‘Duqu'. Also hacker collective group Anonymous targeted Iran while performing massive DDoS attack on the 1st may last year.
The main task of cyber defense is to prevent computer worms or as some call it cyber weapons from breaking into or stealing data from the countries maximum security networks. These areas include nuclear facilities, power plants, data centers and banks. Iran has also established its own laws and definitions of cyber crime. Today there are several laws in dealing with the issue and a special branch of the police force is dedicated to patrolling Iran’s cyber space.

Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) Shutdown By Hacker group "Nightmare"

The threat of Hacker group "nightmare" was not prank. It was clearly proved on 10 AM (pick hour) when Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) and El Al’s respective websites goes offline. TASE's website was only partially functioning, while El Al’s website did not function at all. Following the attack, Israeli Bank ordered to block IP addresses from Saudi Arabia, Iran and Algeria, fearing hackers could penetrate databases of Israeli banks. Even before Israel Bank gave the order, Discount bank and Bank Leumi blocked international access altogether.
The hack comes in the wake of a series of cyber attacks over the past two weeks, and only a day after Hamas called for harsher hacking attempts against Israeli websites.
“The penetration into Israeli websites opens a new front for electronic resistance and war against the Israeli occupation,” said Hamas spokesperson Sami Abu Zuhri on Sunday during a news conference in the Gaza Strip. A TASE spokesperson stated that the trading system and the website are not connected, emphasizing that the trading system was in no way damaged by the hack.

Greece Under Cyber-Attack, Ministry & Telecom Service Provider Hacked  By KHS

Now a days Greece is facing several cyber attacks, first it was hacker collective Anonymous who carried denial of service attack on Greece Ministry to bring down Ministry of Justice. Now another infamous hacker group named Kosova Hacker Security (KHS) engaged massive cyber attack on Greek fence. This attack also dubbed "Operation Greek" which causes serious damage for Greek Ministry of Education, Lifelong Learning and Religion, OTE- Greek Telecom Service and so on. The hack on OTE exposed more than 10K user credentials along with the Admin details. All the hacked databases can be found on the official forum of KHS named Cyber-Hell. According to KHS this attack is a counter attack or in other word tit for tat of Greek hackers who hacked few Albanian websites. KHS also vows to engage cyber-war while saying "if Greece don't stop their activity then they will see the worst day in the Internet..."
Earlier this group has carried several cyber attack on Ukraine, Israel and so on.

Few days ago we have covered that hackers from Saudi Arabia named Group-XP has hacked more than 400K Israeli credit cards and they have openly posted on a pastebin release names, passwords, addresses, phone numbers and government ID numbers and so on. 0xOmar a hacker from Group-XP told "We decided to give the world a new year gift". Later Israel govt took this matter very seriously and vows to treat hackers like terrorists. But this threat of Govt. seems valueless to hackers. Today well known hacker group KHS aka Kosovo Hackers Security has did exactly same what Group-XP has done before. They have hacked more than 7000 Israeli credit cards.  Th3 Dir3ctorY, ThEtA.Nu, & X|CRIPO, three hackers from KHS openly posted all the credentials including full name of the card holder, CCV, card no, expiry date and so in tinypaste. Earlier this group has hacked many high profile websites including President of the Republic of Macedonia, Ukraine Govt. sites and many more. One of their major attack was taken place when hacker named Th3 Dir3ctorY has hacked the Hotmail server, and he managed to stop the entire Hotmail for more than 12 hrs. Today again they have proved their capability after leaking more than 7K credit card details.

In a press release Apple confirmed the launch on new i-pad, the third generation of its category defining mobile device, will arrive in South Korea and 11 additional countries on Friday, April 20. The new iPad still delivers the same all-day 10 hour battery life while remaining amazingly thin and light. Stuxnet Clones May Be Used To Hit US

Officials at the US Department of Homeland Security are warning that cybercriminals could create clones of offshoots of the Stuxnet computer worm and attack American power plants, water treatment facilities, and other key parts of the infrastructure, various media outlets have reported.
The self-replicating malware, which was originally detected last July, was used to disrupt nuclear-enrichment programs in Iran, according to Reuters reports on Thursday. Stuxnet reportedly targeted Siemens-branded industrial control systems, exploiting four previously unidentified vulnerabilities in Microsoft Windows in order to seize control of the operating systems.
"Copies of the Stuxnet code, in various different iterations, have been publicly available for some time now," officials from Homeland Security said in a submission to the House Energy and Commerce Committee, reports Telegraph Technology Correspondent Christopher Williams.
"The Department is concerned that attackers could use the increasingly public information about the code to develop variants targeted at broader installations of programmable equipment in control systems," they continued, adding that officials would "remain vigilant and continue analysis and mitigation efforts of any derivative malware."
Forensic evidence suggests that Stuxnet, which has been referred to by cybercrime experts as one of if not the most complex computer virus ever determined, could have been the product of a joint operation launched by the US and Israel, Williams said.
According to Reuters, Roberta Stempfley, acting assistant secretary with the Office of Cyber Security and Communications, and Sean McGurk, director of the National Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center, also testified before a House Energy and Commerce subcommittee on Tuesday.
Furthermore, Dan Goodin of the Register reports that Stempfley and McGurk warned the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations that several different nation states, terrorist networks, organized crime groups, and individuals located within American territory are currently capable "of targeting elements of the US information infrastructure to disrupt, or destroy systems upon which we depend."
Williams reports that similar concerns prompted the British government to invest £650 million (approximately $1 billion) in cybersecurity in 2010.

Hackers from Saudi Arabia  has claimed that they have stolen thousands of credit cards details from Israel. The hacker group named Group-XP has released a pastebin where they have posted names, passwords, addresses, phone numbers and government ID numbers, stolen from several website databases. The hack singled out 500 people who donated money to "Israeli Zionist Rabbis" and 65 who purchased items from a website called Judaism. addresses, phone numbers and government ID numbers, stolen from several website databases. 0xOmar a hacker from Group-XP told "We decided to give the world a new year gift". 
The group said this leak is the first part of a coordinated campaign to target one million Israelis and to make "Israeli credit cards untrustable in the world, like Nigerian credit cards." 0xOmar also urged people to use the stolen credit card numbers to purchase "stuff for yourself in Internet, like VPN, VPS, Software licenses, commercial emails, domains, etc." 
Group-XP also claimed that they belongs to Anonymous group also in their message they greets people in the way anon usually does. 
Their greeting message follows-

"Saudi Arabian hacker rules!!!"

19 Million+ UK Households Being Used As Cyber Weapon (Botnets)

You are also a cyber criminal. Don't get panic, we are sorry to say this for that is truth. An exclusive report is saying that more than a million households of UK is either used or misused as cyber weapons meainly Botnets.
Dutch researchers investigating ways to curtail the hijacking of domestic computers for criminal use, found that more than one million UK households’ PCs are linked to criminal networks known as ‘botnets’, which are groups of Internet-connected computers that have been compromised by a third party and put to malicious use. With around 6% of the UK’s 19m Internet households thought to be part of a botnet, this helps criminals spread spam around the Web more effectively, whilst it can also be used to attack websites and even garner bank details from the unsuspecting public.
The data was gathered from a number of different sources, though most emanated from what is known as ‘spam traps’, which are fake email addresses set up for the sole purpose of receiving junk mail. It’s thought that more than 90% of spam is sent through botnets, and it’s the Internet addresses on these botnets which are a good indicator of where the so-called ‘drone’ machines are located. The researchers then used the IP addresses of the machines that were sending the spam, and traced each one to an Internet Service Provider (ISP). And feeding into this was data about the Conficker botnet, which is thought to be one of the biggest examples of such a network, and incident reports from a computer security company called DShield. The UK figure is placed at number 19 in the top 20 nations with the biggest botnet problem, but it’s roughly in-line with the global average which sits at around 5-10% of domestic computers that are thought to be linked to botnets. Greece and Israel were way out on top, though, with around a fifth of all broadband subscribers thought to be unwittingly recruited into botnets. 
It goes without saying that the biggest ISPs have the biggest botnet problem. It has been figured out that the level of spam on BT’s network peaked at the end of July 2010, at which point more than 30m junk email messages were being sent each week.

The good news, however, is that these figures have fallen sharply since then with a number of anti-cyber crime groups helping to bring down some of the biggest botnets. One takedown earlier this year saw spam fall massively overnight, when just an entire network, called Rustock, stopped sending junk.
