Anonymous the most organized and infamous hacktivist group of the world have targeted the cyber fence of North Korea, and the hacking campaign started with the hack of propaganda site Uriminzokkiri.com. The attack had been executed in different steps, first the hacker group calling them selves 'Anonymous Korea' managed to gain access inside Uriminzokkiri and claimed to have stolen more than 15,000 user data (including the names, email addresses, passwords and dates of birth & many more) and later they defaced the website. Uriminzokkiri's main site was offline till Thursday morning. Not only the data breach and defacement, Anonymous affiliated hackers continued their chariots of cyber attack, which then hit the official twitter and Flickr account belongs to Uriminzokkiri. Both the twitter feed and flickr photos have been replaced by the hacker group with anti-North Korea messages. In their message Anonymous boldly demanded that Kim Jong-Un resign and installs free democracy in North Korea while saying Kim Jong as "threatening world peace." Meanwhile Uriminzokkiri's official Twitter account picture had been changed to show two mask-wearing dancers, alongside the legend "Tango Down" and links to hacked companion sites as follows: Hacked uriminzokkiri.com, uriminzokkiri.com/itv, ryugyongclip.com
Notably the hackers posted a cartoon wanted poster of Kim Jong Un – "aka Nuke Nuke Mickey Lover" – with a list of his alleged crimes, including "threatening world peace with ICBMs and nuclear weapons," "wasting money while his people starve to death," and "concentration camps and the worst human rights violation in the world."

The entire cyber attack was done under the banner of Operation Free Korea also dubbed #OpFreeKorea. Hackers from Anonymous vows the North Korean government while claiming to have access to the country’s local intranets, mail servers and web servers. Anonymous hackers claimed to have taken five of the country’s websites offline over the weekend. "We are inside your local intranets, we are inside your mail servers, we are inside your web servers." said the twitter feed of Anonymous Korea. From one of the relevant source of Anonymous it is confirmed that the next activity for the Anonymous #OpFreeKorea campaign is slated as happening on April 19.

Twitter Under Massive Attack, Russian Hacker Hampered The Social Network With Hash Tags

Very popular and one of the largest social networking site Twitter is under cyber attack. Russian hackers have taken aim at Twitter in recent days to hamper communication between opposition activists as outrage against the conduct of last week's general elections grows
Several Internet "bots" have recently been created, which when triggered by a keyword or "hashtag" see fake Twitter accounts send out huge numbers of messages to block the flow of communication between protest organizers, said Maxim Goncharov, a researcher at the Trend Micro computer security company.
The hashtags include Triumfalnaya, the name of a Moscow square where more than 500 people were arrested at an opposition rally Tuesday against the election results, and the Russian word for revolution, Revolyutsiya.
"On Tuesday, there were up to 10 messages per second with the hashtag Triumfalnaya," Goncharov said, with the peak of activity between 6 and 7 p.m. Moscow time just hours before the protest was due to start. 
This meant that people who used Twitter to search for information on the protest instead found insults about opposition activists or garbled nonsense, explained the Munich-based expert. He said a pro-Kremlin youth group was most likely behind the campaign, their hacking skills having been used for similar purposes in the past.

"There are different activists around [Prime Minister Vladimir] Putin and [President Dmitry] Medvedev, like Nashi," he said, referring to Russia's largest pro-Kremlin youth group.
Another security expert said that most of the fake accounts used in the attacks had not been used to post messages "other than those meant to counter the protesters, or to simply fill the hashtag feeds with meaningless garbage."
He has figured out many of these Twitter accounts back to a single user. But that particular attacker remain untraceable.

22 Years Old Student (Aekawit Thongdeeworakul) Arrested in Thai PM Twitter Account Hacking Case

Police in Thailand have arrested a university student who is said to have admitted hacking into the Prime Minister's Twitter account and posting messages accusing her of incompetence.
22-year-old Aekawit Thongdeeworakul, a fourth year architecture student at Chulalongkorn University, could face up to two years in prison if found guilty of illegally accessing computer systems without authorisation. Thailand's Prime Minister, Yingluck Shinawatra, had her Twitter account hacked last weekend - and her followers saw a stream of messages criticising her leadership.
The hacker's final tweet read:-
"If she can't even protect her own Twitter account, how can she protect the country?"

In bizarre scenes, Thongdeeworakul appeared before reporters at a hastily convened news conference in Bangkok, alongside ICT Minister Anudith Nakornthap.
The minister told members of the press that the alleged hacker believed his actions were innocent "as he didn't realise it would be a big deal." According to the ICT minister, Thai Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra had her Gmail account hacked on September 30th by unknown people, and her password was disseminated across the computer underground.

Personal Details of Sun Newspaper Readers Hacked

Personal details of Sun newspaper readers - including Miss Scotland applicants - have been stolen by hackers in the latest online security breach.
Britain's biggest selling daily has sent out e-mails warning that information, including addresses, dates of birth and phone numbers, have been accessed. But it added: "No financial or password information was compromised."
News Group Newspapers, which also published the News of the World until it closed last month, said the breach took place on 18 to 19 July, at about the time hackers created a link from the Sun's website to a spoof page that said company owner Rupert Murdoch had been found dead in his garden.
Hacking group LulzSec claimed to be behind that breach but has been silent since alleged spokesman Jake Davis, 18, from Shetland, was arrested on 28 July. Davis faces a string of charges relating to the hacking of organizations such as Sony, the CIA and the UK's Serious Organised Crime Agency, allegedly carried out by LulzSec and another group, Anonymous.
However, a Twitter user, Batteye, has claimed responsibility for taking the Sun readers' details, denied being part of either LulzSec or Anonymous and said the theft took place before 18 July.
Some of the information, including a Scottish students' poll and biographies of Miss Scotland applicants, then appeared on the website Pastebin.
One Miss Scotland entrant said: "I'm not happy at all. I'm kind of worried - because that's everything about me.

"(This data] should have been locked up. This was last year's, so they didn't need to keep my details."
The Batteye post said it was an attempt to expose those who could not be trusted with personal information.

The statement on Pastebin said: "We will begin today by presenting to you various files obtained from the Sun, a company within the News Corp group.
"We will continue, then, by exposing the world for what it is; a less than perfect place where we cannot trust those who we ask to protect our information."
 
On Twitter, Batteye posted a message saying: "OK - Anon and @lulzsec may have carried out their own attack, with defacements, emails, and whatnot. This is different."

The hacking of the Sun's website follows hacking by sister newspaper the News of the World of celebrities, politicians, war widows and victims of crime, including murdered schoolgirl Milly Dowler.
The so-called "hacktivist" code deployed by the likes of LulzSec, combines mischief-making or irony with the aggressive targeting of corporations or large organizations they believe are guilty of wrongdoing.

A Whatcom Community College student appears to have ended up in the middle of a blogging frenzy over someone apparently hacking a New York congressman's Twitter account.
Democratic Rep. Anthony Weiner says someone hacked his account Friday night, May 27, to send a lewd photo to another Twitter account. That account apparently belonged to WCC student Gennette Cordova, but it has since been removed. There is no evidence the New York representative knows Cordova. Her account likely was chosen at random. Weiner quickly denied any scandal. He even made jokes on Twitter about the hacked post. Cordova could not be reached Sunday for comment. Her Twitter and Facebook accounts had been deleted, probably because she was flooded by media and bloggers. Some media reported her bylines were being removed from the online editions of Horizon, WCC's newspaper. Anthony Weiner has signaled that his Twitter feed was recently hacked, after a sexually suggestive picture was sent from his account to a female follower. Dave Arnold, a spokesman for Weiner, indicated in a statement to The Hill that the New York Democrat’s Facebook and Twitter feed had “obviously” been hacked. He also signaled that the congressman had not decided whether to report what happened to authorities. A hacker convicted of illegally accessing an email account of former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin received a yearlong prison sentence. “This is intended to be a distraction, and we’re not going to let it become one. Anthony’s accounts were obviously hacked,” Arnold said. “He doesn’t know the person named by the hacker, and we will be consulting on what steps to take next.” The picture, which seems to show the lower half of a man wearing tight gray underwear, was reportedly sent late Friday night. It is not currently on Weiner’s Twitter feed. The incident was first reported by Big Government -- one of the sites owned by Andrew Breitbart, the conservative web entrepreneur -- and has since attracted lots of attention on like-minded websites. For his part, Weiner himself, a prolific tweeter, joked about the situation not long after it happened -- on Twitter, naturally. “Tivo shot. FB hacked. Is my blender gonna attack me next? #TheToasterIsVeryLoyal,” Weiner tweeted on Saturday, after earlier discussing his inability to watch a hockey game. “Touche Prof Moriarity. More Weiner Jokes for all my guests! #Hacked!,” the media-friendly Democrat later added. As for the recipient of the photo, reports have identified her as a Seattle-area journalism student who followed Weiner on Twitter. Her feed, shown online in some screen captures showing the tweet that reportedly contained the picture, is no longer active. Arnold had earlier told the New York Post that the congressman had been told recently that his Facebook account might be compromised, but ignored it. Conservative outlets, meanwhile, have been unconvinced by Weiner’s hacking assertions, noting, for instance, that the congressman had mentioned Seattle in an earlier tweet about a television appearance.

Several members of the LulzSec and Anonymous hacking groups were arrested this morning by the Federal Bureau of Investigations. It is reported that the arrests were made possible after turning the group’s "senior leader", Hector Xavier Monsegur aka "Sabu", 28, who is believed to be a cooperative witness after the FBI turned him last June. Monsegur pled guilty to several charges of computer hacking conspiracy, for which he could receive a maximum of 124 years behind bars. Those arrested today included a member of the AntiSec hacking group who is believed responsible for the massive intrusion at security think tank Stratfor last December.
A law enforcement official in New York confirmed the arrests and said that six hackers belonging to the Anonymous, LulzSec and Antisec groups were nabbed in U.S. and overseas locations. The official described those arrested as "principal members" of Anonymous and LulzSec. The five hackers are identified in the report as Ryan Ackroyd, aka "Kayla" and Jake Davis, aka "Topiary" from London, two residents of Ireland, Darren Martyn, aka "pwnsauce" and Donncha O'Cearrbhail, aka "palladium", and Jeremy Hammond aka "Anarchaos," from Chicago, USA. According to the FBI press release, all but Davis face charges of computer hacking conspiracy and various other charges. Each carries a maximum 10 year prison sentence.
According to Anonymous Twitter feed: "We are Legion. We do not have a leader nor will we ever. LulzSec was a group, but Anonymous is a movement. Groups come and go, ideas remain"
It is unclear what to expect from Anonymous in reaction to the arrests. The hacking group is known for revenge cyber attacks. After 25 Anonymous members were arrested on February 29, the group downed Interpol’s main website. The same thing happened when the CIA website became a victim of Anonymous. The group also downed several large music industry, Department of Justice, FBI and many other federal authorities websites in response to the shutting down of Megaupload and the arrest of its founder Kim Dotcom. 
News of Sabu's arrest prompted several tweets from Anonymous this morning, including one that threatened retaliation. "The way Sabu & gang took control of Anonops.. anonops gonna retaliate," the tweet said.

Mahesh Bhatt's Twitter Account Hacked

Famous Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt's twitter account get compromised. On the 29th of November an abusive comment was tweeted from Bhatt's account. Celebrities like Poonam Pandey, Sunny Leone and KRK has been abused with slang on that particular tweet. 
"@ghantaasingh @kamaalrkhan @SunnyLeone @iPoonampandey #AapChutiyeHain,"

Later Bhatt tweeted that  "Someone has hacked my account and used it to abuse Kamal Khan and few others. This is dangerous."

A flabbergasted Kamaal Khan couldn't believe his eyes as he read the message addressed to him from none other than Mahesh Bhatt.  On reading the abusive message, Kamaal immediately wrote back to Mahesh Bhatt asking, "bhai jaan I shall appreciate if you can clarify whether you are calling me chutiye?" 
Later Poonam Pandey, who was abused on that tweet said that 

"i Guess this Words cant be of @MaheshNBhatt as he is a gem of person and a gentleman! #HACKED," reacted Poonam Pandey on her twitter page. 
Poonam Pandey's hunch was true as Mahesh Bhatt posted after a few hours, "Someone has hacked my account and used it to abuse Kamal Khan and few others. This is dangerous."
Now a days hacking into celebrities twitter account became a common phenomena. Earlier lots of high profile twitter a/c get compromised among them Fox News, NBC News, USA Today, Sky News and many more. Earlier in this year the mail a/c of Bollywood actor and director Arbazz Khan was also hacked and now Mahesh Bhatt also became the victim. It seems that Bollywood celebrities are on the hot-list of cyber criminals.

15 Years Old Student Arrested For Hacking into 259 Firms across the span of 3 months

Austrian police have arrested a 15-year-old student suspected of hacking into 259 companies across the span of three months. In other words, during the last quarter he successfully attacked an average of three websites per day. Experts are saying that scanned the Internet for vulnerabilities and bugs in websites and databases that he could then exploit. According to a report of Zdnet - The boy allegedly stole data and published it publicly after breaching the security infrastructures of 259 firms. He also defaced many company websites and boasted about his accomplishments on Twitter, where he also posted links to his data dumps. The firms were attacked between January 2012 and March 2012, and they were not limited to just Austria. He didn’t seem to target specific types of industries: everything from sports companies, to tourism services, to adult entertainment, to search services were attacked.
The teenager used various hacking tools widely available on the Internet, including software that helped him remain anonymous. Now and then, he left messages in the systems he hacked, or simply signed them with the hacker name ACK!3STX. Eventually, however, ACK!3STX’s anonymizing software failed him and his IP address was visible to BMI’s C4 (Cyber Crime Competence Centre) unit. C4 had been receiving multiple complaints from companies since the beginning of the year, so they started monitoring the hacker. At the end of last month, the unit traced his location to a residence in Lower Austria, and then obtained a search warrant.  What ever the investigation is still ongoing. Europol is trying to quantify his attacks both at home and abroad.

Just about a week ago a hacker group named Underground Nazi has hacked the official website of The official website of UFC (Ultimate Fighting Championship). In a tweet hackers said UFC publicly supporting SOPA and PIPA so they have launched this attack. But its not over yet. This time UFC face massive attack from Anonymous. According to sources UFC President Dana White has mixed up with Anon members on Thursday night on Twitter. As expected Anon send payback, they have posted personal information of White including ncluding his Social Security number, cellphone number and address, salary, family information and so on. Not only White but also the personal information of all the UFC key stuffs has been openly published on a pastebin release by Anonymous. Also the UFC website get hacked for second time in this week.

In response to Anonymous claiming it is fighting for social change, White tweeted:

The Anonymous account later described its dealings with White as “actually quite pleasant and civil” yet, minutes later, it tweeted a link to White’s personal details, containing a lot of information that he’ll want to be kept private. White has taken a direct approach to dealing with Anonymous and, having made some very strong statements, it seems likely that the group has plans for further action against the UFC or White himself.
Well, that didn’t take long. One Anonymous hacker — @s3rverexe — got into UFC’s website and subsequently posted a number of backup files on Pastebin. There may yet to more developers to come. Motivated by White’s comments, Anonymous hacker @s3rverexe broke into the UFC site once again today adding the signature Anonymous logo. Here is a screen shot. Later the site was rescued.

We have good news for Hacktivist supporters and parallely bad news for corrupt Govt & Industries. Infamous hacker collective group named Lulzsec or Lulz Security promised to back live again on the day of 1st April. According to a You-Tube video - "Several days ago we decided to swiftly bring back our humble hacking group and set sail towards the Interwebz once again, much to the dismay of corrupt governments and corporations across the planet. It's ridiculous to believe that by arresting the six prime members of LulzSec that you've stopped us. You haven't stopped us, you have merely disrupted the active faction". The group announced that it would officially resume attacks on April 1, 2012. The video continued, "Lulzsec will start targeting governments, corporations, agencies, and quite possibly the people watching this video. We are here for the lulz, the fame, the anarchy, and the people." 
Since last 30 days we have seen many key members of Lulz & Anonymous are randomly getting busted by Federal authorities, so it can be suspected that coming April attack will be a tit for tat.  The announcement was previewed one day prior via the FawkesSecurity Twitter channel in a tweet that read, "Expect something BIG and rather Lulzworthy very soon. CIA, FBI, Interpol, you're all on teh (sic) list." Wednesday, meanwhile, tweets from the same Twitter channel promised that "Anonymous will target national infrastructure" and create a "global financial meltdown" as part of what's been dubbed "Project Mayhem." 
One thing is very unclear and that is the Twitter account AnonOps, which has 302,000 followers, has not mentioned Project Mayhem, Project Facebook, Operation Imperva, Operation Restore, or anything else on FawkesSecurity’s YouTube account. Furthermore, the Twitter account LulzSec is still silent and lulzsecurity.com is still down. So now it depends on you that how you will react this one, may be April Fool joke or may be some thing else.

Anonymous Releases More than 1 GB Restricted Document of NATO

The hacking collective Anonymous released a document on Thursday marked "restricted" from the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO). The 36-page document, which is dated Aug. 27, 2007, appears to be budget and equipment outlays for what was termed a new "HQ ISAF JOINT CIS CONTROL CENTRE." NATO's press office could not be immediately reached.
Anonymous claimed on its "AnonymousIRC" Twitter handle that it has 1GB of material from NATO but said that most would not be published because it would be "irresponsible."
In another Tweet, Anonymous said that the data was harvested via "simple injection," which usually refers to inputting malformed data in Web-based forms and seeing if the back-end database responds with information.


The group prefaced its release of the NATO document with an earlier comment on Twitter about its alleged trove of e-mail from the British tabloid The Sun, part of Rupert Murdoch's News Corp. media group that is under investigation for voicemail interception and paying police officers for information.

"We think actually we may not release emails from The Sun, simply because it may compromise the court case," according to a Twitter post from Anonymous.
LulzSec, known as LulzSecurity, claimed credit on Twitter on Monday for that attack, but the two groups are somewhat aligned. Although LulzSec said it was going dormant after a string of highly successful attacks against the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency, PBS.org and Fox.com, among others, it appears to be back in action. LulzSec hit The Sun's website on Monday, posting a fake news story that Murdoch had died.

The two groups also posted a statement on Pastebin directed at Steven Chabinsky, a deputy assistant director in the U.S Federal Bureau of Investigation's cyberdivision.

Anonymous Targeted Mexican Defense, Navy & Ministry Websites 

The whole cyber world can be the witness of bitter relation between hacker collective group Anonymous and the Mexican government. We those who used to observe the cyber domain have already seen several protest campaign came from Anonymous against Mexico, whether it was the Pope or Mexican Drug Cartels or Mexican Govt. sponsored bus organization. Here again the same thing get repeated when the infamous Anonymous targeted  several web sites of Mexico’s defense and navy departments. 
The name of the group "Anonymous Mexico" was visible on the website in front of a black background, with phrases from the manifesto of the Zapatista National Liberation Army (EZLN). The group MexicanH Team, which identified itself as part of Anonymous Mexico, said on Twitter that it had hacked and "defaced" the ministry website. In another Twitter account, the group Anonymous Hispano, which uses the handle @anonophispano, claimed that "the entire content" of the defense ministry server was hacked and that it will be "released soon." 
“Brothers and sisters, let’s raise our voices for a Mexico free of corruption, free of crime,” the message said. “Let’s show the world that were are one, we are everyone. We are anonymous. We are legion. We don’t forgive. We don’t forget. Wait for us!” -added by the hacker. 
In response of hacking, the Defense Ministry responded that its website was “momentarily out of service” but did not explain why and did not refer to the hacking claim. But on the other hand the Mexican Navy accommodated the cyber attack and said that- its web site was targeted only by a simple denial-of-service, attack and that no sensitive information was compromised. Later Sedena issued a statement hours later saying that while its Web site was indeed temporarily down, but the department’s internal information and communication systems were “functioning with complete normality.” And After couple of hours all the services and website came back live with proper functionality.

The fledgling Indian operation of hacker group Anonymous attacked the website of the Indian army on Friday, but reversed its decision after it ran into criticism from Indian supporters who were annoyed that the Indian army was targeted.
Later on Friday, the hacker group said in a Twitter message that the Indian army site was now working fine. The new consensus appears to be not to target government websites, but only those of corrupt politicians. Anonymous has made common cause in India with an anti-corruption movement in the country. It hacked earlier this week the website of the National Informatics Center (NIC), an IT planning and services organization of the Indian government. On Anonymous' Operation India page on Facebook, it was criticized on Friday by a number of users after it announced that it had hacked the Indian army's site. "I won't support hacking the page of Indian Army. SAD," said one Facebook user. "Why indian army? what do they have to do with this? this is not Pakistan," said another user. Later on Friday, the Indian operation of Anonymous said on Facebook and Twitter that from now on it would target only corrupt politicians. "Operation India Anonymous Feel that we should not Target any site without getting your opinions," it said on Facebook. On Twitter, the group said that they were Indians, and "dont want to harm our own property." Anonymous said earlier in the day that the attack on the Indian army site had not led to any loss of data for the army, but was just meant to send a message to the Indian government about corruption. It also posted videos of its demands on YouTube. The hacker group also claimed to have attacked the NIC site again on Friday. The part of the website that was hacked earlier in the week is still "under maintenance." The NIC hosts a number of Indian government sites. Late Thursday, Anonymous said it had launched a DDoS (distributed denial of service) attack on Turkish government websites in protest against a new Internet filter system that is to be introduced in August. The website of a Turkish telecommunications authority was not accessible. 
Some Untold Facts and the reality of #op-India:- 
In reality Anonymous never start #op-India, because Anonymous don't hit democratic countries, media and so on.It was a few Indian guy (for some reason I am not publishing their names, but I believe that you all know them) who started this mission by using the name of Anonymous. They did this for their personal profit, not for the noble cause which they ware pretending to say. In short time that guys just fool some innocent Indians, they played with the soft corner and miss use the sympathy of common peoples. In short the #op-india was totally fake, and was created for personal profit. Now due to huge pressure they were forced to close that fake mission. I am proud to say that VOGH was among them who protest those crooks who did this thing. They just violated the media, GOV and more importantly they tricks with the emotion of common Indians. We strongly earge to Indian GOV that those rascals should be fucked up.

White House Calls China to Stop Hacking & Cyber Espionage Against U.S.

The story of cyber espionage by Chinese hackers used to remain on the spot light due to its consistency, but now the situation get nasty and takes a new way as the national security adviser of U.S. President Obama directly pointed his finger to China. Many of our readers might take this issue lightly as earlier China has been blamed for engaging cyber attacks against different countries for many times. But this time there is a twist as the U.S. government vows to take the issue in a very serious manner. In his speech the national security advisory Tom Donilon said that "The international community cannot afford to tolerate such activity from any country," Like earlier China has denied any type of involvement and condemned the report for lack of hard evidence. But this time such reaction will not at all be entertained as the president said in the State of the Union, "we will take action to protect our economy against cyberthreats." The above two statements can be taken in both friendly warning or also in a serious threat. The White House already warned China to end the campaign of cyber espionage against U.S. companies, saying in its toughest language yet on the issue that the hacking activity threatens to derail efforts to build stronger ties between the two countries. 
Donilon did not directly accuse the Chinese government of launching the attacks on U.S. computer systems, only noting that the attacks are coming from inside the country. "Increasingly, U.S. businesses are speaking out about their serious concerns about sophisticated, targeted theft of confidential business information and proprietary technologies through cyber intrusions emanating from China on an unprecedented scale," he said. Another important message came from the Obama administration saying United States “will not accept North Korea as a nuclear state” and called on Chinese leaders to get serious about cracking down on cyber-related crimes. 
While covering this story we would like to remind you that couple of weeks ago Chinese officials issued a same complain against United States where they blamed U.S. for engaging massive cyber attacks against Chinese military and defense system. If you look at the story of major cyber attacks of last few days we will find that the name of China has been involved several times for engaging cyber attacks against several high profile websites and organization of U.S. including New York Times, Twitter, NBC and so on. And if you refresh our memory then then we will find the scenario of big cyber attack and espionage by Chinese hackers have been spotted several times. In 2012 Chinese hackers had  breached Telvent's corporate network & gained control of US Power Grid. Also in the middle of last year, we have seen that Chinese hackers have broken into Indian Navy's Computer System & stolen sensitive data. Few months before this hack, Tokyo based computer security firm Trend Micro confirmed that Chinese hackers were responsible for biggest cyber-espionage in India, Japan & Tibet. Also the director of National Security Agency (NSA) General Keith Alexander confirmed that hackers from China was responsible for the serious attack on one of the leading IT security & cyber security company RSA. Also in 2011 China was responsible behind the attack on US Chamber of Commerce, Satellite System of U.S, Nortel Network & so on.  But few days ago National Computer Network Emergency Response Coordination Center of China (CNCERT/CC), China's primary computer security monitoring network claimed that China fallen victim of one of biggest cyber attacks originated from US, Japan & South Korea. We must have to say that this statement is truly irrelevant. Cyber crime investigator have found that China was directly responsible for the hack into Japan's Biggest Defense Contractor Mitsubishi, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA) & Parliament of Japan. In case of South Korea  more than 13 Million of MapleStory players data has been stolen, there also hackers from China was responsible.

China Claiming Their Defense & Military Sites are Serially Attacked By U.S. Hackers 

We all are very much familiar of hearing the story of cyber espionage and cyber attacks originated from China by Chinese hackers. Where many countries across the globe have fallen victim like U.S. India, Japan, South Korea, many European countries and many more. But today a complete reverse story came under light where the Chinese government are claiming that several top secrete government sites like defense, army, military were targeted and hit by hackers from United States. According to some classified sources it came that Chinese government websites are routinely hacked from IP addresses originating within the United States. In a news conference, spokesman of Defense Ministry of China; Mr. Geng Yansheng said that - more than 144,000 hacking attempts per month are targeted at the China Military Online and Defense Ministry websites. According to Chinese defense ministry a close to two-thirds of those attacks (62.9 percent) originated in the United States. Geng said he had noted reports that the United States planned to expand its cyber-warfare capability but that they were unhelpful to increasing international cooperation towards fighting hacking.
"We hope that the U.S. side can explain and clarify this." The U.S. security company, Mandiant, identified the People's Liberation Army's Shanghai-based Unit 61398 as the most likely driving force behind the hacking. Mandiant said it believed the unit had carried out "sustained" attacks on a wide range of industries. Yansheng did not mention a direct link between the cyber attacks and the U.S. government only that the attacks originated in the United States. He did note, however, that China is concerned with reports that the United States is planning to expand its cyber warfare capabilities.
