The Hacker News [THN] Hacked Pakistani Hacker Shadow008 Claimed Responsibility
After remaining silent for a long time infamous Pakistani hacker code-named from
Shadow008 Pak Cyber Army (
PCA) strikes again. This time he targeted famous security news blog -The Hacker News. Shadow008 has claimed to hack and deface one of the sub-domain of The Hacker News. The hacker created a deface mirror on
Zone-H, which clearly showing that
http://direct.thehackernews.com/ was hacked. But the mirror in still not verified, and also the sub-domain which the hacker claimed to breach is not opening. The Hacker News authority has yet not confirmed anything about the breach. Earlier in 2011 another Pakistani hackers group named Pakleets had
hacked theevilhackerz.com which was one of the site of The Hacker News Owner, Mr. Mohit Kumar. After one year, another attack on Mohit Kumar's site is indicating that hackers from Pakistan are bit disappointed of THN or Mohit Kumar. Also the message on deface page is stating the same picture

Update:- The Hacker News authority just confirmed the breach, in the facebook profile Hacker News owner, Moit Kumar said "Okay ! So Paki Hackers use my unused subdomain DNS entry to park a site on blogger and put some message for me.." So now there is no doubt that, indeed Shadow008 has hacked & defaced the sub-domain of Hacker News.

#Op:Sunrise Kashmir. Like earlier here also they have engaged massive cyber attack and this time the target is Indian Cyber fence. Yesterday this hacker group has hacked into the official website of
Electrical Indian Railway Board, it was one of the official site of Indian Railways. Not only Rail but also the hackers have targeted BSNL & Indian Stocks while
exposing many login credentials (Email-id & passwords in plain text). Also in this attack The Hackers Army took responsibility of hacking into more than more than 800 Indian websites, the list of all those hacked sites can be found on a
pastebin release.
Earlier several Pakistani hackers have targeted
BSNL while defacing the site and even PCA have stolen customer data from BSNL.

The official Website of Indian defence has been hacked and defaced by Pakistan Cyber Army (PCA). The Database also get dumped by the hackers. According to officials of PCA this attack took place while taking revenge of hacking the defence site of Pakistan. Game on & cyber war is on......

Pakistan Cyber Army hunts once again. This time the target was BSNL. More than 10,000 customers sensitive information & credentials (Name, Email-id, Phone number Address and so on) leaked. PCA also exposed BSNL's VPN details, important technical information and some other details.

Shak-Attack.pl V.1 is a Linux root exploit designed By Shak from Pakistan Cyber Army (PCA) in Perl coding.
According to Shak:-

Inspector General RS Pradhan, who is holding an important position in NSG (National Security Guard), had a rude shock when he came to know that his official mail mail was hacked. The hacker send lot of mails to several recipients on his behalf. According to sources, he is incharge of operations to several assignments. He later informed to IB (Intelligence Bureau) about the breach in the system.
Senior IT officials of NSG pressed into service to look into the matter and meanwhile, suspended all the internal mail services till further instructions. Taking the matter seriously, the ministry of Home Affairs ordered a probe and directed for an overhaul of security features.
Though hackers have struck the NSG in the past also, sources said, the latest attack was “serious” and “confidential information may have been stolen”. It may be mentioned here that in December 2010, the CBI’s website was hacked by Pakistan Cyber Army.
It may be recalled that very recently, the office of Union Finance Minieter was also allegedly bugged. Even though government as well as FM denied the budding allegations, there are people who still believe that there was an attempt to bug the office of FM at North Block.

Another Fake Publicity stunt of The Hacker News (THN) get exposed, This time by Pakistan cyber Army (PCA). Today THN published that ftp of HP get hacked and their Data Base will be licked also they specific the space of that DB and that was around 9 GB. But the reality is that ftp of HP is not at all hacked. It is a rumor, created to get fake attention.
Today the Official Authority of PCA inform the VOGH team about this stuff. They also want to expose these hole story in front of the world.

Pakistan Cyber Army has launched a project called "You are Stupid". After Acer looks stupid another disclosure and this time its India's "National Informatics Center". Here they also followed the same process "Google Hacking". Their intention is to bring out the information was to proof one old saying “There is no patch for human stupidity”. PCA just want to proof with this disclosure that in today’s complex security and network architecture many common things can be overlooked. The more push is on buying high value solution implementation rather than developing sense of realization of the most important factor which is human resource. PCA Said:- "... We were very sad and disappointed to see that such criminal negligence is been done and carry on for 3 years. We don’t know either we are ones who got this information or plenty of hackers already use that information for malicious purposes. We only use “Google Hacking” to pull out the information.Many of script kiddies out there was joking even taking us so lightly that it wasn’t a hack or even a kid can do this stuff with the information. We only answer “Where the F*** was everybody else since this information was there for 3 years”.
